If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, All returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order at the buyers expense, unless goods faulty. All returns must be packed properly to avoid damage or breakage. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. We shall not accept any responsibility for non-delivery or damage of goods in transit.
We shall not give Credit or Refund money for items which have been assembled unless the item is faulty on our part.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of goods later than 14 days from the date of dispatch.
We suggest after opening your parcel if found unacceptable products according to our expectations. Please take photographs of products and immediately send it to us to avoid confusions
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us, so please send by Recorded Delivery so that a claim may be made with the post office should they lose your package.
If the product has been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will reduce the refund accordingly.
If it is found product faulty on our side we will replace it without deducting any postage handling charge at our own cost.
If you do not like the shade of the items, you can either exchange it or have a credit note for the value LESS all shipping costs. Exchanges will incur a shipping cost for delivery of the substitute items and must be made within one month of purchase
Please note that overseas customers are liable for any import duty or taxes that may be incurred in the destination country.
